3/16-Dinner reservation was at 7 PM. I ate seafood salad, pasta, and majority of the served meats. Onset: 4-5 hours after consumption Symptoms: headache, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, and chills.

I ate on Monday for a 7:15pm birthday dinner. Food was good and I ate all the meats and a variety of things from the Salad bar. I haven’t been hungry and it’s Wednesday afternoon.
