After I ate the 3 choices meal *Fried rice *Beef with sauce *Fried chicken I felt dizzy and my stomach becomes bloated. I drank water to ease how I felt but when I sip the water I suddenly throw up the food that I just ate.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Bloating
