My brother & I each had a chicken burrito bowl w lettuce & onions. 5 hours later, we developed identical symptoms: severe stomach ache followed by nausea, vomiting, diarrhea.

Both my boyfriend and I ate at Chipotle in Atlanta yesterday. I had a salad with guacamole. He had some of my guacamole. It's been approximately 24 hours, and we've both vomited. I have terrible stomach cramps, and he has chills.

I was so violently sick that I had nausea, vomiting, switting atack. I threw up five times and that was after taking a Alka-Seltzer tablet. That seem to have stopped my stomach pains, but if you value your life stay away from chipotle. I spoke to the…
