Green Vomit After Burrito

About an hour after consuming my steak burrito bowl I started to have extreme nausea and diarrhea. I couldn't fight the nausea anymore and I began to vomit for hours. I had no energy and worked up a fever. My emesis was a bright green color which made me concerned.
