Chicken burrito bowl May 4th at 12 pm. Severe vomiting and diarrhea May 5th from 7:30 pm until 2:00 am. I had food poisoning 20 years ago, and this was identical.

My little brother and I shared a chicken borrito bowl with white rice, while visiting my brother on fort hood base. We ordered from the px and ate the entire bowl, I woke up the next day throwing up with a fever of 105. An hour later…
