My little brother and I shared a chicken borrito bowl with white rice, while visiting my brother on fort hood base. We ordered from the px and ate the entire bowl, I woke up the next day throwing up with a fever of 105. An hour later my little brother began throwing up and having diarrhea at the same time. We are leaving out of the 1st day of being ill and symptoms have become more agressive. | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
