Chicken tacos (Pico de Gallo, lettuce, cheese) Ate there around 730pm Friday night. At 8am Saturday morning had severe watery diarrhea, vomited, low grade fever, fatigue. Day three and still fatigued and loss of appetite.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
