I ordered a chicken bowl on 8/7/19 at 3:37pm. That was literally the only thing I had eaten that day. I woke feeling sick around 3 am and I’ve been going back and forth to the bathroom. I have diarrhea and frequent vomiting.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
