I had a salad bowl with pork, guac and shredded cheese at 1:00 pm on 03/13/2024 and I woke up at 11:15 pm suffering from projectile vomiting and diarrhea. I am still deathly ill the next morning and cannot keep anything in or down.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
