An hour after eating a chicken bowl with lettuce and guacamole I had diarrhea nausea and stomach cramps. I am sitting in my office right now fighting the urge to run to the bathroom again.

Ate a chicken bowl at 12pm Sunday by 6pm sick all night. It's Tuesday and I'm on toilet as I type. f&@k this ish!!
