Had my usual chicken tinga as I do everyday. Right after I finished the meal I felt really ill. Went home and was nauseous as well a had to go to the bathroom. At night my body ached and my stomach was killing me. Still feeling ill this morning.

Salad Illness: Kale & Caesar

Bought a salad with kale, romaine, fried onions, cherry tomatoes, corn, and Mexican Caesar dressing at 2 pm on Friday. I couldn’t eat anything else on Friday night. On Saturday morning, I had coffee. Then proceeded to have diarrhea and nausea all day. Vomiting and diarrhea didn’t stop until Sunday.
