I ordered a family meal theme for with a side of okra macaroni mashed potatoes for biscuits and apple pie I ate some of the chicken and okra and I have been vomiting and explosive diarrhea ever since this past Monday and nothing has changed since  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
