Chips, Salsa Suspected Illness

Me and my partner ate at around 1:30 PM. We both had the chips and salsa as common items. I had the stacked chicken enchiladas. I began to exhibit diahreah around 10 PM and violent vomiting expulsion of the food at 2:30AM.

Boom Boom Enchiladas Illness

1st time at Chuy's- was recommended to try the Boom Boom chicken enchiladas. They were good but now I've been sick for 2 days. Very bad diarrhea, severe nausea, headache....not good.
