I ate at CoreLife yesterday with my family. I have been fasting so I know for sure this was only thing I ate. A few hours after I was home throwing up with chills and cramps the entire rest of the night. I got a steak broth bowl.

Salad Triggers Nausea, Vomiting

Salad there I began to feel nauseous about 20 mins. After eating. I felt nauseous for about 30 mins until I finally vomited. I know it was the salad as the ingredients were still recognizable in the vomit. I have not committed in years.
