Saturday the 4th of November Ham from Costco I had frozen the ham and ate after defrosting. I slowly defrosted in the fridge. It didnt smell like it went bad, but the day after eating I was definitely sick

Flautas Trigger Sudden Illness

I cooked these flautas for the time reccomended and they were piping hot but immediately after eating 4 I felt extremely sick and ran to the restroom with fever symptoms, weakness, nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, the lot.
