I had a slice of pizza around 5 pm from the food court on 1/6/26 and woke up with uncontrollable diarrhea and some vomiting. Had the chills and had to stay in bed all day  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Chills, Headache
