Yesterday evening we ate at Costco, 5 of us ate pizza, all of us felt sick afterwards, I could only eat one slice. My youngest got really sick and has been vomiting all night. We have not seen a doctor yet but plan to go to the hospital.

Ordered a Costco hot dog with onions, fries, and gravy. Shared it with a friend, both started feeling sick and got very ill 3 hours later.
