This is the second time we eat costco mushroom and experience severe diarrhea. First time was 2 weeks ago when i ate mushroom and had 14 episodes of diarrhea. Today my husband and myself ate mushroom from costco and we both had diarrhea.

Last two days my daughter and I have been suffering food poisoning from an item purchased there, We had four people and two ate the tortilla chicken soup. We are both sick with similar symptoms... Not sure ..item was sealed an in the time before expiration Started…
