DQ Meal Causes Vomiting

I ate Sunday evening, forty minutes to close. It was a chicken tenders box with fries and cheese curds. My dipping sauce was ranch. This morning, I felt horrible and proceeding to puke until my stomach was empty. This would be the second time DQ could be the cause.
