Appendicitis-Like Pain After Meal

2 days ago at Del Taco in Ridgecrest. I had the double del meal with a cherry coke. I woke up the next morning and didn’t feel good at all, the feeling hasn’t gone away since. I haven’t been in this much abdominal pain since I had an appendicitis.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Nausea, Diarrhea

I'm 100% sure I was poisoned after eating a veggie burrito from here. For the past two days, I've had severe diarrhea and nausea and it still hasn't gone away. I'm also dizzy whenever I sit or stand up and can't focus on anything.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Dizziness
