Last night I had an Italian sandwich, a No. 3. This morning, I woke up with stomach pain and diarrhea. I don't eat at this sandwich shop a whole lot, and I really didn't have anything with it besides potato chips. It had to be the meat--perhaps it was not stored correctly or it went bad.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain
