I had a little bit of several things. Garlic bites, pineapple pizza, and spinach feta stuffed bread. Felt sick about an hour after eating it. I had chills last night and was up every hour running to the bathroom.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills
