BBQ Pizza Causes Illness

I had a Chicken mushroom and red onion pizza with bbq base, chicken strips and garlic bread.
I ate last night (11.07.2018) around 9pm and symptoms stared with severe stomach pains on (12.07.2018) around 11am and now vomiting, fever, body aches, headaches.  | Symptoms: Fever, Vomiting, Headache, Stomach Pain, Body Ache
