The day before yesterday I had five slices of the small Hawaiian pizza from Domino’s, so pineapple ham, bacon, cheese. No bell peppers. The reason I think it was this pizza was because I have not had a Domino’s Product in years. And everything else I ate
that day was normal food that I always eat. I got up three times at night to go to the bathroom, and all day yesterday I ate things to firm things up. Today I was fine and I just got finished eating the one remaining slice, which was about 4 inches on one side. And within half an hour I had to go to the bathroom and it came out quickly. I’m glad at least I know what the cause was so I won’t go there again. Domino's Pizza is located at Waikoloa Plaza Shopping Center in Waikoloa, Hawaii.

My partner and I stopped in for lunch. We had a warm chicken sandwich and a cheeseburger which we split both in half. Hours later, we were both sick with severe bloating, extreme vomiting, and diarrhea. It lasted 12+ hours. I am certain the food poisoning came
from here, because of the timing and because we both shared the same meal for lunch, both of us with the same reaction. We are both ultra fit men and this knocked us out completely. We were ready to call 911 to get us to a hospital. It was severe.
