Ate cheesy bread and a little bit of thin crust pepperoni pizza. Woke up 3-4 hours later with extreme stomach cramps, nausea, diarrhea, and I am feeling like I’m going to vomit soon. I have a very strong stomach so I feel like something was going on with the food.
