I ate a couple pieces of mushroom pizza from Dominos at 10:00 pm, went to sleep at 11:00 and woke up at 4:00 am with severe stomach pain, vomiting and diarrhea. It lasted for 8 hours. It’s now a little after noon and the diarrhea has stopped for now. Very weak and tired.

I split a 10 inch pizza (bacon, pepperoni, feta cheese) and 14 bbq wings with my boyfriend around 10pm. We were both woken up all night with diarrhea and stomach cramps. I was vomiting but he was not. Now it's 830pm the next night and we are both still feeling sick.
