Pizza. Within fifteen minutes of eating the pizza I began having stomach cramps and severe bloating. I looked pregnant. Woke up this morning, thought I was okay but immediately after breakfast things took a turn for the worse. I have nausea, and diarrhea.

I order a deep dish pizza w extra cheese n pepperoni n green pepper. Urban dictionary- the domino effect is when you eat dominoes pizza and get diarrhea soon afterwards. F**k you dominoes you lied to me again and gave me diarrhea again!!!
