Severe Cramps After Cheeseburger

Had a cheeseburger with onions, mayo, tomato and lettuce. About 2 hours later I had stomach cramps like I'd never had before. I was vomiting all night and almost ended up in A&E. Took almost 24 hours before I felt normal again.
