“I ate a Banquet Sausage & Gravy Deep Dish about 11am this morning. At 12pm I suddenly felt extremely sick to my stomach with stomach pains and cramping, to the point of being in tears. I believe my temperature sky rocketed and then broke because I was drenched from head to toe. The next 2 hours cons... isted of puking, diarrhea, and stomach pains that left me on the bathroom floor, unable to move. 3 hours later I felt considerably better, able to walk, with only a slight pain in my stomach. I've never experienced something so horrific in all my life! ”

“Thai Vegetable Gyoza Trader Joe's brand caused a severe upset stomach. The pain began 2 hours after eating and lasted 3 days. At first, I thought it must've been something else that caused the pain so a couple of weeks later I opened a new package and experienced the same thing. There maybe somet... hing wrong with the ingredients or this particular batch as I have eaten them before with no problems. ”

“I went there and ordered the chicken stir-fry with a orange juice on the 6th of December, 2020 on a Sunday night. I started eating at 8:45pm. I finished the dish and I was feeling fine all night, I even had a good sleep as I didn’t get sick after eating it. The food was delicious. The next morning I... woke up at 10am because I was getting really bad stomach pains. From 10am till 5pm I was getting extremely bad pains and I had watery diarrhea 12 times all total in one day. It was of a light orange color. No hard stool at all. It was so bad that I was sweating really bad and the stomach pains went on all day. The watery diarrheal went on for 20 seconds each time I had to go to the toilet followed by stomach rumbles each time I went. It was like a tap opened on blast. I felt nauseous during the day like I had trouble standing up as I started to feel dizzy and sweaty. During the day I had tightness in my chest and an urge to vomit but I could feel it was stuck for three hours and the vomit just wouldn’t come out. I ended up vomiting 4 times in the afternoon and the stir-fry that I had at this particular restaurant all came out when I vomited, every single thing that was on my plate. It’s not normal to vomit four times in a row. I told the waitress to put light chilli just mild not strong chilli and she said the chef can’t do that as the chilli comes marinated with the meat already and they can’t take it off. But then she said that they can change it to mild chilli after pleading with her several times. I don’t know what they did to that dish or if something wasn’t fresh or there was cross-contamination but something went wrong in that kitchen when that dish was prepared and cooked. I’m not allergic to any types of foods, and I’ve been to many restaurants from different cultures and everything was fine, I didn’t get any cramps or pains after eating their food and I’ve never felt ill from ordering from any restaurant. I felt like I could not stand up all day and felt extremely weak. While vomiting four times both my arms went numb. Thai was the only food I had that night and the following morning I didn’t even have breakfast. I drank water all day and I had no appetite for food, till around 6pm I had my first meal. That’s how bad it was that I couldn’t even eat during the day because every half an hour I was rushing to the bathroom. My whole face went so pale, eye bags were a light green, my lips went blue and the sweat on my face would not spot even though I kept splashing my face with water. I felt like I was losing consciousness and as I was at work I felt I could not walk or sit at all as that vomit feeling was stuck in my throat. A colleague asked me if I’m feeling okay as she noticed my face completely changed and other work mates were looking at me in a way that something isn’t right. The food poisoning was so bad that I wanted to check myself into hospital. It was such a relief after being able to vomit after hours of pain and cramps continuous bathroom visits that I felt so much better when everything was out of my system. I could not function during the day without wanting to cry from the pain. I’ve never experienced such traumatic physical pain in my life before. So I went on the 06/12/20 and the pains started on 07/12/20. I was also excited to try the food at that restaurant as it has good reviews but now I don’t think I’ll want to go back. It’s not like the pain stopped and came back, the pain was like torture that went on for 8 hours straight. Maybe the meat was off and wasn’t cooked well or the oils were off, I’m not sure as I did enjoy my meal on the night. What I endured the next day I’ll never forget. I’m not the type of person who wants to ruin someone’s business but it’s also unfair for customers to catch a sickness just because something isn’t fresh or not cooked well or the chef didn’t wash his/her hand. Seriously this is people’s health and life in your hands! That’s the first time I go there and it’ll be the last time for sure! 😡🤢🤮😩 ”

“I had a 5 piece chicken tender with honey mustard, tots, and a large Oreo cheesecake master blast shake. The shake tasted absolutely rotten - I thought that maybe they didn’t stir it well enough, so I stirred it thoroughly and it still tasted awful. I had MAYBE 5 sips and stopped drinking it. I left... it on the counter so I could take it back/tell them how horrid it was. A few hours later I saw it literally frothing and bubbling like sea foam! I don’t know what the heck happened, but it’s been awful. I got intense stomach cramps and diarrhea a little less than 12 hours afterwards. As a health care professional, the symptoms point me towards C. diff (clostridium) and it is highly likely that the ingredients of either the shake or the chicken tenders had not been refrigerated properly. ”

“I ordered a pizza last night, February 26, 2021, well two. One for myself to have to eat through the weekend and the other for my grandkids. I ate two slices and maybe 30 minutes or so later I got nauseous and I had to go to the bathroom and threw up everything. About an hour later I got just one... small slice trying to put something on my stomach and soon after I threw that up as well. My granddaughter had a couple of bites of the other pizza and she wakes me up because she had gotten sick and had diarrhea and nauseous, she’s nine years old. This is really upsetting and I just feel like someone did something to those pizzas. I paid $40.00 including a $8.00 tip. My daughter ordered the pizza and I PayPal her so it was ordered from her account. But I have record of it all.
My granddaughter had a couple of bites of the other pizza. First she told me her stomach hurt so I gave her some Children’s Soothe for nausea and she wakes me up because she had gotten sick and had diarrhea and nauseous, she’s nine years old. This is really upsetting and I just feel like someone did something to those pizzas. I paid $40.00 including a $8.00 tip. My daughter ordered the pizza and I PayPal her so it was ordered from her account. But I have record of it all. It was only myself and my granddaughter that got sick but we both ate two different pizzas. My daughter did order her a pizza but so far she has not complained. This happened last night for me around maybe 9:30pm to 10:00pm? For me it was about 20 minutes or so after the pizza was delivered. For my granddaughter it was later because she didn’t get hers until later. Actually she only had a small bite. That pizza only had that portion eaten. My pizza has three slices missing. ”
