Food Safety Reports: Futago Udon, Park Drive, Boston, MA, USA

Visited for dinner. Had fried chicken and seaweed udon noodles. 18 hours later developed abdominal cramps and watery diarrhea with fever/chills ? salmonella. I noticed that noodle bowls were not dried after washing. Not sure if due to undercooked chicken or due to cross-contamination.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Other, Fever, Cramps, Chills
