Chicken & Philly Sandwich Illness

I ate the morning of Friday May 3. I had half of a chicken and bacon sandwich and half of a philly cheese steak. I threw up 4 times and had nausea and diarrhea starting about 7 hours after.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
