Undercooked Sausage Roll Illness

Suspected food poisoning. Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Cramps, Chills
Suspected source: Greggs sausage roll and steak bake
Onset: 4 to 12 hours
Duration: 12 to 24 hours
Additional information: Food looked a little under done,ate at 5pm 4/12/2024 awoke 4.30am next morning with stomach cramps diarrhoea and vomiting
