Yesterday Greggs sausage roll Was fine in the morning while shopping, grabbed a Greggs sausage roll on my way to the car, ate it on the way home and 20 minutes after had major stomach cramps and nausea for the next 9 hours  | Symptoms: Nausea, Cramps
