Steak Roll Causes Illness

Bought a steak and cheese roll while out shopping with my son. It was the only thing I had chance to eat that day as we were very busy.....by 7pm I was vomiting and had a fever. Won't be buying again  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
