Ate H-E-B sushi, 3 different varieties. Also ate H-E-B premade hamburger Patty's that same day. 3 people consumed both of these, all are sick. Projectile vomiting, diarrhea, extreme muscle aches, dehydration, fever, & dizziness that has lasted for more than 2 days so far.

HCF Wings Cause Illness

I bought hcf wings and about 1 hour later I started vomiting I woke up 3 more times throughout the night to vomiting and diarrhea total of 11 times vomiting and still have diarrhea this morning when I woke up
