Italian Sub Illness Suspected

Purchased an Italian sub from here on Creedmoor Rd in Raleigh and within 12 hours had diarrhea, vomiting and fever. The next day I was extremely fatigued but did not have any stomach issues. Wondering if it was the lettuce.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Fatigue
