Nausea, Diarrhea, Cramps
My partner and I got nachos with beef, onion rings and two burgers between us. I suspect the nachos and since I had more of the nachos it was probably the culprit. I have a degree in nutrition and microbiology so based on that I think the... critical mass of bacteria ingested was more for me so I had much worse symptoms. I had to cancel my patients and suffered horrible stomach cramps etc. after dining there late Tuesday night. Is anyone else sick?? | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Cramps

My partner and i suddenly came down with stomach sickness within hours of eating the cereal when we purchased it a few weeks ago but we werent sure what was causing it for sure as it could have been anything the past day or so before then... and we generally both eat the same things. We have now traced back the few days we have had stomach sickness the past few weeks and the only common food is the cereal (both almond and honey crunch flavours) every time. we stopped eating the cereal after 2 or 3x but my partner had some of the cereal today and suddenly he had stomach sickness within 6 hours of eating the cereal whereas i didnt have any and am not sick.
also we dont use the same kinds of milks in our cereal so its not the milks (almond & soy which we have daily and are never sick from).
its the cereals. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea

We ordered a pizza for delivery from here. When it arrived, it was incredibly hot, but it didn’t taste particularly fresh and the toppings were somewhat rubbery.
I wondered whether it had been reheated, but ultimately decided 3 slices were all I could stand, so I threw... the rest away.
I thought little more about it until I woke up this morning with major nausea and began vomiting soon thereafter.
Since then, I have been throwing up all day and struggling to even keep water down. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
I bought a cooked rotisserie chicken from here at about like 1 o' clock . They were just putting the rotisseries put ! So I bought one, so my mom are two legs and 4 hours later had abdominal pain, diarrhea and vomiting with a little blood. Which is unacceptable if the chicken was just brought out. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
Ben and Jerry's chocolate therapy gave two family members nausea and diarrhea. One of our family members decided to try eating it again a couple of days later and the symptoms happened again. February 2023. Purchased from there. Consumed at home. The plastic seal was on the... ice cream before it was eaten. The numbers under the container are MAR3124BJ1 5095 20:15 84163605. UPC 0 78640 22031 1. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea
Meatballs tasted a little funky, but thought it was me, or they’ve changed recipe so won’t buy again. I knew better, but ate the can around 9 pm. Woke up with extreme gastric pain, vomiting and diarrhoea. The taste was of exactly what the meatballs tasted like,... but far, far worse. First time happy that less mb in can. Very bad-meat, extremely gross and I will never buy again. I’ve eaten this item for over 20-30 yrs, probably even longer and we usually keep a can in our cupboard for a night when working late, or too tired to cook. This staple is now done. Just purchased these two cans yesterday (Ravioli for my grandson and of course this deadly can of spaghetti & MB). Ravioli went straight to garbage can today. Clean up your act Chef Boyardee! Disgusting! This has gone on for over 16 hours now. Purchased here, expiry Nov 1, 2024 as per pic. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Gas

A salmonella outbreak in Madrid, Spain has caused 106 people to fall ill and 14 of them to be hospitalized. The outbreak was traced to Casa Dani, a restaurant located in the Salamanca neighborhood of Madrid. On January 30, the restaurant was temporarily closed by health authorities... after three separate outbreaks of salmonellosis were linked to the consumption of its famous tortilla de patatas dish.
The General Directorate of Public Health of the Community of Madrid is currently investigating the source of the outbreak. The Casa Dani restaurant remains closed while the investigation continues and health authorities are warning Spaniards to take caution when preparing tortilla de patatas.
Salmonella is an organism that can cause serious and sometimes fatal infections in young children, frail or elderly people, and others with weakened immune systems. Healthy persons infected with Salmonella often experience fever, diarrhea (which may be bloody), nausea, vomiting and abdominal pain. In rare circumstances, infection with Salmonella can result in the organism getting into the bloodstream and producing more severe illnesses such as arterial infections (i.e., infected aneurysms), endocarditis, and arthritis.
In case you are experiencing Salmonella symptoms, it is important to report it. It can help to detect & resolve outbreaks early and prevent others from being harmed, and it enables better surveillance. If symptoms persist, seek medical care.
