Family Sick After Pizza

My parents my sister and I all got here last night on 3/18/2022. Today we all have either nausea headache or diarrhea. We all felt fine till after we ate our food my sister had a medium cheese pizza my dad had XL pizza and my mom and I had the pepperoni stuffed Howie bread.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Headache
