Last night of vacation ate at blaze restaurant . Ordered ribeye and the wedge salad . Pretty sure wedge salad was the culprit as another friend ate it too and also got diarrhea. Mine is lasting much longer then hers . Horrible way to travel home . Avoid salad at this place you will regret it

At the hotel. Didn’t eat outside of the resort

Group of 12, started with 2 teens getting violent diarrhea and vomiting after the Wed night "Mexican Fiesta" at the Hyatt Ziva PV. Next day, 2 more sick with same symptoms. Now home in US and 4 more of the group also sick with same symptoms. Since…
