Omelette Illness Requires IV

Got an omelette with hashbrowns inside (no meat only eggs cheese and hashbrowns) ended up with serious food poisoning requiring IV fluids for rehydration. Its been four days and I still cant eat anything more substantial than the occasional soda cracker or drink anything other than electrolyte…
