Had dinner with my husband on Sunday night. Woke up on Monday morning with explosive watery diarrhea at 7.15am. Vomited at 8.30am and 11.15am. Had fever 38.5 degree. Continued by watery diarrhea every few hours till Tuesday morning. Husband also started vomiting and had diarrhea on Monday night. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills

Went to Ikea Tampines last Wednesday for dinner and had the smoked salmon and meatballs. Wife only had the meatballs and was fine but I came back and vomited throughout the night and vomited green liquid the next day.
