I usually order a veggie burger & fries with spread and grilled onion and every time I eat I get diarrhea after 30 minutes of eating. Usually I eat there around 4PM or 11PM the latest, which is weird that it causes that since they’re known for being fresh and clean

I ate in n out at 10 pm I ordered animal fries and that gave me bad cramps 1 hr later. I had massive diarrhea

6 hours after eating a double double with grilled onions, I have diarrhea, sweating. This has happened before in the past but now I am realizing the culprit is In-N-Out. I will not be eating there anymore!!!
