Double Double Leads to Urgent Care

Fever, violent vomiting, and diahreah 4-5 hours after eating a double double. Ate around 2 am and started vomiting around 6 am. Symptoms persisted throughout the entire next day and ended up in urgent care due to dehydration.

Ate it felt my stomach gettin like I was full and started throwing up then it got worse into fever an nausea and diarrhea with it waking up five times at night and sick through out the day
