My husband, son, and I ate lunch at in n out burger in santee. About 6 hours later we all be violently ill and it lasted through the night and into the next day.

Both my husband and I ordered a cheeseburger animal style with animal style fries, a couple hours later we both were nauseated, non stop diarrhea, vomiting with a mild fever, body aches and chills smh thank god my kids don't like in n out
