I had a Jumbo Jack with tomatoes and lettuce in the afternoon, Sunday March 25, 2018. My grand nephew had a plain burger without the lettuce and tomato. He never got sick but I was violently ill that night. Vomiting, nausea, lightheadedness, headache and chills.

Had tacos early morning after work. Ate their tacos and an hour later starter to vomit and body aches with cramps can't lay down without starting to vomit.

Went to jack in the box around 12 noon. Started to experience symptoms a couple hours after. Have no ate amything else besides jack in the box
