I ate a pork baked potato, cheese muffin and had a sweet tea. 2 hrs later felt tired then nauseous, headache, chills and about an hr after starting vomiting.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Chills, Headache
