My son and I bought a turkey sandwich and ham and cheese wrap from the store on Sunday, April 7. Within four hours, we both suffered from violent diarrhea, stomach pains and nausea. The nauseous feeling lasted for 24 hours. My son also had diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
