I ate half of my sandwich and started feeling nauseous when I got to the gym. I assumed it was from an extra intense workout, but when I ate the second half of my sandwich afterwards, I got diarrhea and threw up

Veggie Sandwich Causes Illness

My friend and I both got veggie sandwiches that we ate around 1pm. By 6pm that night we were both having abdominal cramping. We have both had diarrhea and nausea, as well as chills. It's been 2 days and we are still experiencing severe symptoms.
