Ate a chicken Caesar wrap and thinny chips from Jimmy John's around noon on Saturday 3/2. Food tasted fine. By 1:30 the cramps hit & just got worse. By 4:30 came the projectile vomiting. My beau got a Cubano and was fine. Local hospital said food poisoning…
