Chicken Wrap Sickens Customer - Jimmy John's, Carroll Iowa

Ate a chicken Caesar wrap and thinny chips from Jimmy John's around noon on Saturday 3/2. Food tasted fine. By 1:30 the cramps hit & just got worse. By 4:30 came the projectile vomiting. My beau got a Cubano and was fine. Local hospital said food poisoning when we called and described symptoms. I am still weak, sore, and tired. Reported to authorities locally too. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
